Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to run your subscription, we never sell your information, we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we never see your full card number.

1. Who we are

TRADEWIND Signals is operated by EverInfinite LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect through tradewindsignals.com, our emails and our Telegram bot, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Account details: your email address and password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text). Optional: first and last name, display name, phone number and time zone.
Subscription details: your plan, subscription status and trial dates, and the Stripe customer ID that links your account to Stripe.
Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never receive your full card number. Stripe gives us a card "fingerprint", a code that identifies a card without revealing it, which we use only to enforce one free trial per card.
Alert settings: your email and Telegram preferences, and your Telegram chat ID if you connect Telegram.
Portfolio entries (optional): an amount, start date and recurring amount you choose to enter so we can estimate your portfolio. These are numbers only; we never connect to your brokerage account.
Technical data: a login cookie (see section 5) and standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and request times, which our hosting and network providers keep for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

To run your account and deliver the publication, daily brief and signal-change alerts.
To process payments and prevent trial abuse.
To send service messages, such as billing notices and changes to our Terms.
To keep the Service secure and fix problems.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you that have legal effects.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run TRADEWIND, only as much as they need, and under their own privacy and security commitments:

Stripe for payments and billing.
Resend or Postmark for sending email.
Telegram, only if you connect it, to deliver alerts.
Oracle Cloud for hosting, and Cloudflare for our domain, email forwarding and encrypted backups.
AI writing providers (such as Anthropic, DeepSeek or OpenRouter) help write the daily market summary. They receive market data only, never your personal information.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

5. Cookies

We use one cookie: a secure login cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to prevent fraud.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your information from our live systems, except what we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons (such as payment records held by Stripe). Encrypted backups are deleted automatically after 30 days.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update your details, alert settings and portfolio entries in your account at any time, and turn off email or Telegram alerts.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. Contact us and we will honor them.

8. Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access limited to the owner, and encrypted off-site backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users if a breach puts their information at risk.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will email subscribers before it takes effect.
